Companies in the agetech and fintech sectors can now access up to C$400,000 from the Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI) to grow and scale practical offerings for older adults and their caregivers. Eligible companies may also access additional investments of up to C$400,000 from the Ontario Brain Institute, commercialization and funding support from Ontario Bioscience Innovation Organization, and business financing from Clearco.
“The Mentorship, Capital, Continuation (MC2) program is for early-stage companies looking for investment capital to grow and scale a product that would improve the life of older adults, said James Mayer, senior manager of investments and venture services at CABHI.
