LogRhythm signs partnership deal with Trend Micro

Security vendor LogRhythm has announced a product partnership with Trend Micro that it said allows security teams to pull threat data from multiple sources, correlate the data, and automate a response through combined offerings from both companies.

Plans call for LogRhythm SIEM, the company’s security information and event management offering, to play a key role moving forward by collecting and analyzing Trend Micro Vision One logs to help teams understand an attack.

“The fight against today’s advanced threats calls for effective detection, as organizations need the ability to correlate data from multiple security products to quickly identify threats and limit the risk and damage,” said Andrew Hollister, chief information security officer at LogRhythm. “LogRhythm SIEM accelerates response to malware threats to minimize damage, streamlining the response of security analysts.”
