Newton named new CEO of Valour

Valour Inc. a Toronto-based technology company formed to bridge the gap between traditional capital markets, Web3 and decentralized finance, has announced the appointment of Olivier Roussy Newton as its new chief executive officer (CEO). Russell Starr, former CEO, will re-assume the role of head of capital markets and maintain his role as executive chairman.

The company says its mission is to expand investor access to Web3 – a new iteration of the World Wide Web based on decentralized technologies.
