Access launches lead generation too

Westminster, colo. – To help resellers strengthen their lead generation potential, Access Distribution has introduced Opportunity Tracker, an application designed to provide fast access to leads and relevant data on related marketing programs partners are running.

The Opportunity Tracker captures marketing program information including program objectives, budget, number of contacts and number of opportunities.

The application also qualifies leads so resellers know the relevancy of each lead they receive.

According to Access Distribution, Opportunity Tracker has driven its lead claims rate to 99 per cent and the feedback rate to 86 per cent.

Switchvox expands IP PBX reseller program

San diego, calif. – Switchvox has announced the addition of Arreva Communications to its reseller program, adding to the number of VARs that have come from reselling enterprise PBX systems to the SMB market.

Arreva sells the Switchvox SMB and SOHO products to its customer base and is targeting 20-25 deployments per month.

Switchvox is built from opensource software and uses open standards.

CDI acquires Techno-Trade Canada division

markham, ont. – CDI has acquired the wholesale and brokerage division of Kitchener, Ont. whitebox manufacturer Techno-Trade Canada. Erez Pikar, Techno-Trade’s owner and president, will join the CDI management team as director of purchasing.

According to CDI, the two companies’ combined buying and selling power will provide CDI’s customers with a wide assortment of product at competitive prices. The retail division of Techno-Trade is not included in the acquisition.
