Annual Canadian Computer Charity Golf Classic ready to tee-off at Angus Glen

This year marks the 28th year of one of the most successful industry events in Canada across all industries, as Cisco Systems and Linksys prepare to once again host the annual Canadian Computer Charity Golf Classic next month at Angus Glen in Markham, Ont.

“Cisco is excited to be part of one of the most rewarding events that helps bring our industry, and Cisco, closer to the community,” said Brad Hutchison, channel manager for Cisco Canada’s consumer business group.

On September 6th, almost 300 people are expected to tee-off in the event at Angus Glen. Once again, over $200,000 will be raised for Easter Seals Ontario and the Prince Margaret Hospital Fund.

“This year’s sponsors – especially Cisco and Tech Data – have stepped-up to the plate to make this year’s event the best ever,” said organizing committee member Frank Squizzato. “Not only will all participants receive some great surprises, they’ll also be treated to first-class service at Angus Glen. Anyone that’s looking for an invite should call this year’s sponsors.”

Dinner/happy hour tickets are still available for anyone that would like to be part of the festivities. Information can be found at www.computergolf.ca.
