BitTitan adds smart upsell solution to MSPComplete

BitTitan has announced its latest addition to MSPComplete, and it’s dubbed Upsell Engine.

As you may remember, the company’s MSPComplete platform is essentially an umbrella under which the company creates solutions to help enable Microsoft-oriented solution providers transition to a managed service provider business model.

Upsell Engine, an automated sales opportunities engine, would fall under the “Sell” pillar of MSPComplete. The other two are Onboard and Service.

It works by analysing behaviour among a partner’s existing customer base for changes such as in technology and triggers recommendations for partners to make specific sales. BitTitan is also able to link to its various technologies that can be deployed.

Upsell suggestions include:

  • Box, Dropbox and Google Drive to OneDrive
  • Salesforce to Dynamics CRM Online
  • Microsoft SQL 2005 to Azure SQL
  • WebEx to Skype for Business
  • Amazon AWS Blob to Azure Blob

Existing BitTitan partners automatically have access to the Upsell Engine through their MSPComplete account.
