Canadian MSP inks deal with e-commerce cloud company

Tenzing Managed IT Services has partnered with Intershop Communications Inc., a provider of multi-channel e-commerce solutions in the cloud.

Under the terms of the agreement, Tenzing will provide fully managed IT services tuned to support Intershop solutions. The partnership will initially focus on B2B and discreet manufacturing customers, as well as Intershop’s Independent Software Vendor partners with a variety of fully managed services and hosting options.

Brian Shepard, Tenzing’s Founder and CEO, said Intershop’s commerce platform is an industry leader in the B2B space. It’s a robust offering – for the discrete manufacturing space in particular – that allows customers to aggregate and manage multiple business channels and complex selling scenarios on a single platform. By partnering with Intershop, Tenzing is building on its existing expertise in hosting e-commerce solutions to better support Intershop customers, while expanding our reach to e-commerce ISVs on a global basis.

Intershop has an e-commerce solution that supports multi-channel sales strategies and for doing business worldwide. With more than 500 active customers Intershop offers services in more than 50 locales and languages.
