CDN Debate: Making sense of certifications

This debate will focus on why solution providers embrace technology certifications that make sense for their business.

Customers today are demanding that there technology solutions are state-of-the-art and work around the clock. There is no more tolerance for downtime. This has led to customers preferring to work and collaborate with solution providers who have the most up-to-date technical certifications. These certifications are like gold as they declare that specified requirements pertaining to a product, solution, new business process or management system have been met.

The debate pits John Abate, vice president of technology for FusionOne and Adis Tucakovic, the Advanced Infrastructure Practice Lead at Navantis Inc., both based in Toronto.
