CEA 2016 Best Enterprise Solution Winners

The 2014 CDN Solution Provider of the Year award winner continues to display its knack for innovation at the 2016 Channel Elite Awards gala. The Toronto-based solution provider won Gold for Best Enterprise Solution after creating a first-class solution for today’s high-tech hospitals.

Called Panacea Integrated Bedside Terminal, the solution utilizes Windows embedded technology. Panacea allows patients to operate with some sense of normalcy in their lives while their health is being taken care of while in hospital.

Kishan Latchman of I3 Solutions said Panacea is the ultimate on-demand solution to enhance the delivery of care in hospitals.

I3 deployed the Panacea solution for new Humber River Hospital, Canada’s first all- digital hospital.

Latchman added that I3’s goal is to change the way the Canadian Healthcare system operates.

CEA Silver Winner

When the Syrian crisis broke and the world watched as eight million Syrians were forced from their homes – with four million fleeing to neighbouring countries – Canada was moved to action.

As part of the effort, the Canadian Red Cross was asked to respond and spearhead the efforts to bring 25,000 refugees into this county.

The logistical challenge could have overwhelmed the effort, but Toronto-based Navantis won the silver award for stepped forward as a responsive IT delivery organization and helped deploy a solution within a two-week window for the Canadian Red Cross.

CEA Bronze Winner

Compugen won its second award, a bronze, at the 2016 Channel Elite Awards in the Best Enterprise Solution category.

The Richmond Hill, Ont.-based company truly showed what a nationwide solution provider can do. Despite having its full-complement of resources in Ontario they managed to overhaul this B.C.- based municipal customer’s storage infrastructure with a cost-effective virtualization solution that provide failover capability that dramatically increase the speed of service to all constituents.
