CompuCom unveils SmartNOC-as-a-Service

CDN Top 10 Solution Provider CompuCom has introduced a SmartNOC solution that they plan to offer in an as-a-Service model for network management support targeted for mid-size and enterprise organizations.

Compucom’s go-to market startegy on SmartNOC is that it can maintain reliability, availability and performance for client networks without the expense of equipping, staffing and maintaining a network operations centre. SmartNOC includes CompuCom’s platform of network monitoring and reporting tools. These tools are agentless so they do not consume any valuable network resources. CompuCom constantly evaluates and implements emerging technologies to support and enhance the service delivery processes.
