D&H Canada unveils North American service initiative

D&H Canada is announcing a new initiative called “Here’s to North American Service” which will usher in hands-on customer service to solution providers at its Canadian location in Mississauga, Ont., and its U.S. locations.

According to the company, the new North American service model is a broad application of the consultative service ideology the distributor has been providing to its accounts for years in Canada. The new service approach will have a philosophy where D&H is investing in each unique customer in order to help them grow and succeed.

As an added bonus, D&H is conducting a sweepstakes in which both new and existing customers can enter to win a tablet PC package valued at more than $500.

The prize package includes: an AOC Breeze 8-inch tablet, Belkin case, Ultimate Ears earphones, Microsoft mouse, SanDisk Cruzer flash drive, and Targus Bluetooth keyboard. The sweepstakes will run from now until August 31.

D&H has also produced a video about its service initiative featuring its tenured co-owner employees with a message about their understanding of the individuals they serve. The gist of this message is that at D&H, “we get you.” You can watch the video at dandh.ca home page with no log-in required. The distributor has developed patriotic-themed D&H logos for both Canada and the U.S. to celebrate this new initiative.Similar to D&H’s 2010 “It’s About People” project, the North American service model wants to remind channel partners of D&H’s service differential.

Greg Tobin, general manager at D&H Canada, said the enhanced North American program is based on principles that have benefitted D&H’s overall customer base for decades. Our hands-on service model is what has allowed us to become quickly entrenched in Canada, accumulating customer loyalty along the way.
