EMC enhances partner profitability offerings for Iomega products

EMC Corp. is helping its channel by now allowing partners to receive revenue credits from the sales of Iomega StorCenter ix2 and Iomega StorCenter Pro ix4 network attached storage (NAS) systems and they’ll also receive a five per cent quarterly rebate too.

Iomega StorCenter ix2 NAS and StorCenter Pro ix4-100 NAS are network storage appliances designed for small businesses, remote offices and workgroups. EMC’s Velocity channel partners who deploy these solutions will reap more profitability benefits by having more money come back into their pockets, said Willem Hendrickx, head of global channel operations at EMC.

“We built the program around the Iomega products to enhance Velocity partners’ profitability,” he said. “(Partners can receive) revenue credit towards Velocity revenue requirements that can help (them) more quickly achieve a higher tier with more benefits.”

EMC partners can also take advantage of Iomega’s Resource Center where they can find whitepapers, demos and training materials.

Iomega products are available through Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Synnex and D&H distributors.
