How education will close the productivity gap

If Canada is to be serious about increasing the productivity and competitiveness of its workforce, more efficient use of technology is key. That was the message at a recent Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC) panel discussion in Toronto.

An inhibitor, however, is educating small businesses about how technology can help their businesses. In this CDN video, ITAC’s Bernard Courtois and Dell Canada‘s Paul Cooper discuss why education may be key to closing the productivity gap.
