Channel partners of distributor Ingram Micro will soon get their hands on a new line of services and solutions from the company which are meant to help them sell more cloud services.
Ingram Micro announced to attendees of its Micro Cloud Summit in Hollywood, Fla the debut of new Web hosting, virtual servers and hosted exchange offerings.
Ingram Micro Hosted Exchange, Ingram Micro Virtual Private Servers and Ingram Micro Web Hosting will be available starting Q2 of this year along with services focused on areas such as technical sales engineering, migration, onboarding, service desk and infrastructure management.
Hosted Exchange is a Microsoft Exchange-based solution that provides users with access to e-mail, calendars, contacts and tasks through their mobile phones and Web browsers.
Web Hosting enables resellers to help their customers launch and manage Web sites.
Virtual Private Servers allows providers to offer server environments that emulate a dedicated on-site server.
The global provider is also expanding its Cloud Referral, Cloud Resale and Cloud Private Label channel programs.
Ingram Micro also augmented the offerings available at IngramMicroCloud.com with services from companies such as 365 Main, Charter, Logix, Skykick, Softlayer and SurePayroll.
