Martello software now services over 1 million Mitel users

Ottawa’s Martello, the solutions provider for unified communication networks, has reached an important milestone with its big partner Mitel.

Martello’s network performance analytics software is now being used to monitor the communication quality of over one million Mitel users, Martello announced today. Since deploying its systems, the company indicated Mitel was able to improve its remote fix rate to 30 per cent.

Large complex communication infrastructures need network performance monitoring tools that help operators spot service interruptions, high-latency, and send diagnostic reports to simplify troubleshooting, said John Proctor, president and CEO of Martello

“Mitel’s confidence in Martello’s software as a service assurance solution for its own network operations center speaks volumes about its capacity to help managed service providers improve their own operations,” said Proctor in a press release. “Mitel has always understood the importance of network and application service quality for a stellar user experience, and we’re pleased to provide the solution”.

Martello has been developing networking software solutions for more than 5,000 networks across 175 countries. Its partner, Mitel, provides businesses with communication infrastructure support, cloud migration, and app development.

4Sight Communications, a Mitel partner, said it was able to improve its remote fix rate to 98 per cent after standardizing on Mitel performance analytics.
