Mobile solution firm announces new partner program

Accellion Inc., a provider of enterprise mobile file sharing and collaboration solutions, is releasing a new partner program designed to make it easier for its partners to create new revenue streams through selling the company’s kiteworks solution.

Kiteworks is an enterprise mobile content sharing solution that enables mobile workers to secure their mobile devices.

The kiteworks partner program will create a new recurring revenue model for partners, with low overhead costs and attractive product margins that will increase channel margins year-over-year, according to Accellion.

“We’re looking forward to growing our global channel through this new partner program and portal,” said Patrick Conte, senior vice-president and general manager of worldwide field operations at Accellion.

The program now includes a services add-on business that supports channel partner growth.

Accellion is also launching an online Partner Portal, where channel partners can access marketing content, track leads and register deals while receiving real-time support from the Accellion team. Using the portal, partners can find collateral and ready-to-go content, such as program guides, to leverage in their sales cycles, as well as training opportunities to help improve their bottom line.

Among the Accellion partners who have joined the new program are: Enterprise Mobile, Bridgeway Security Solutions, Vinitech, Carasoft, Inno4, Sayers, Qolcom and Dimension Data.

“Our goal is to extend the power and performance of applications and services to our customers’ rapidly growing mobile workforce,” said Keith Reading, managing director at Qolcom, in a statement yesterday. “The new kiteworks channel partner program will help us do just that, as it enables secure enterprise content access and management for all users on their device of choice.”
