Montreal-based SherWeb, one of CDN’s companies to watch for 2012, announced that its Hosted Exchange 2013 plan is now available to distributors, resellers and advisors selling its cloud services.
With this development, SherWeb channel partners will be able to offer the latest version of the high-demand email and collaboration solution before anyone else, according to the company.
SherWeb is currently SAS 70 Type II-certified and has redundant infrastructure with a 99.999 per cent SLA. And, the company’s co-branded distributor model for cloud enables managed service providers (MSP) and solution providers to resell business-grade hosted services while retaining customer ownership with full invoicing and pricing control. SherWeb would still handle customer support issues by supporting the customer around the clock directly and at no extra cost to the partner.
SherWeb’s partner network also includes a white label reseller model in which partners retain full customer ownership, set their own prices and provide level 1 customer support under their own brand, as well as an advisor model that includes a large one-time payout plus recurring monthly payments for the entire life of the product.
Mathieu Leblanc, a SherWeb director of strategic partners, said the partner program is designed to fit every business model. SherWeb not only offer margins and performance tiers, but does more to support channel partners with technical support, all-inclusive migration service and partner enablement.
