NetSuite rolls out new marketing plan

NetSuite is hoping a new marketing moniker called SuiteSuccess will convince potential customers that the vendor is top of the table for ERP implementations.

The company said project startup times have gone down from an average of about 200 days in the first quarter of 2007 to slightly more than 100 in the first quarter of 2008. Customers have also expressed strong satisfaction in the company’s performance, NetSuite said.

The vendor offers consulting services for those that need significant project guidance as well as those who need less customization. It has also developed specialized training and e-learning services, and claims to have significantly reduced call centre wait times.
