Ontario solution provider wins customer satisfaction recognition from Cisco

Thornhill, Ont.-based OnX Enterprise Solutions, recognized as the No. 6 solution provider in CDN’s Top 100 Solution Providers of 2011, is winning plaudits for its customer service.

The solution provider said Tuesday that it has again received the Customer Satisfaction Excellence certification from networking vendor Cisco Systems, recognizing OnX for delivering outstanding customer service.

“It is an honor to be recognized, once again, by Cisco for Excellence in Customer Satisfaction,” said Ed Vos, OnX Enterprise Solutions CEO, in a statement. “We attribute our success this year to our highly certified Cisco Sales Specialists, Managed Services organization, and Professional Services team for delivering cloud and network solutions that consistently exceed our customers’ expectations.”

The recognition is based on feedback from Cisco customers through an annual survey and ongoing assessments. More than 60 OnX customers were surveyed in support of the award.

“Customer service is a cornerstone of the Cisco Partner Channel Program. We are pleased to recognize and congratulate OnX Enterprise Solutions for consistently achieving outstanding customer satisfaction,” said Mike Ansley, vice president, partner organization for Cisco Canada, in a statement.
