OnX adds service desk support and management software to its cloud offering

Data centre and service provider OnX Enterprise Solutions has announced the addition of two IT service management solutions to its cloud and managed services, namely Service Desk Support and Service Management Software.

The former functions as expected, allowing for alerts, tickets, workflow and escalation procedures to be tailored to a client’s specific needs, according to the company.  The latter keeps track of issues sent in to IT and is able to analyse trends, identify bottlenecks and set performance indicators in addition to creating tickets.

“Both solutions provide sophisticated triage of support incidents that enterprise organizations face on a daily basis and, as a result, improve an organization’s IT operations and end-user satisfaction.,” OnX said in a statement.

Additional services that the company offers include dedicated private hosting, multi-tenant managed cloud solutions, data backup and recovery services, remote monitoring and management capabilities and high-availability hosted Exchange email solutions and SharePoint as-a-Service.

Its Service Management Software can work with Service Desk Support or as a standalone service.
