Montreal-based AtmanCo, the solution provider that designed the Atman psychometric test to facilitate human management within companies, has partnered with Microsoft.
AtmanCo will also be able to settle in the France marketplace as a result of this partnership, created the Atman psychometric test to assess and develop the potential of human capital and through the Microsoft partnership it can now maintain and expand its system of servers.
AtmanCo solutions aim to better understand the personality of a participant. It also allows organizations to assess the strengths in sales or management and paints an overall picture of a team.
For AtmanCo, which offers its online psychometric tests, maintaining the company’s servers was a challenge and a significant cost. The company executives have therefore chosen a cloud computing solution offered by Microsoft. The Microsoft Azure solution was chosen for its ability to implement quickly and regardless of how many employees the company owns the customer.
AtmanCo also had the opportunity to replicate its server infrastructure across the globe allowing it to set up in Europe and offer consistent services to clients of international companies.
In addition, this partnership will allow it to meet the French legal requirements, which mandates the server system be based in that country.
According AtmanCo, the need for a local presence in France was pronounced “with obtaining a European distribution agreement with a French partner.”
