Selling technology or business outcomes

This debate will focus on why solution providers should start selling “business outcomes” through IT infrastructure and operations (I&O) solutions instead of technology.

The debate will cover how to develop an IT infrastructure strategic plan that facilitates the server, storage, and network investments inside of them.

The debate pits Peter Carson, President Envision IT against Brian Bourne, president of CMS Consulting, both based in Toronto.
