Shared services: Are the feds serious this time?

The annual GTEC conference on government and technology recently wrapped-up in Ottawa, as both public and private sector attendees sought more information on the federal government’s move to a shared services model for IT service delivery.

Jeff Jedras from Computer Dealer News and Dave Webb from ComputerWorld Canada covered the conference, and they took stock of the event and the way forward for government IT on this week’s episode of In Conversation.
