SugarCRM Inc. has released multi-channel marketing and business analytics capabilities for Sugar Open Source, Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise product lines.
New functionality includes a Campaign Wizard for simplified campaign set-up and execution, Campaign Manager for results tracking across channel, and Automated Lead Capture for integrating Web leads into SugarCRM.
SugarCRM Multi-Channel Marketing includes functionality for better management of email marketing, online advertising, newsletters, search engine marketing, list rentals, telesales programs, Webcasts, and traditional advertising.
With SugarCRM Business Analytics, users can create reports, view them in multiple formats (pie, line, bar or multi-tier bar charts), save and bookmark the reports and charts for future reference. Users can also evaluate more complex datasets by associating multiple groups, run reports on any custom field, and link several module fields together.
This gives executives the opportunity to see the impact from one area of business upon another – such as marketing campaigns affecting closed-won deals. Multi-Channel Marketing and Business Analytics are now available at http://www.sugarcrm.com.
The multi-channel marketing functionality is included with Sugar Open Source, Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise, whereas the Business Analytic capabilities are included in Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise only.
Sugar On-Demand, Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise can be accessed as a hosted application, eliminating in-house software installation and maintenance costs, starting at US$39.95 per user monthly.
Sugar Professional and Sugar Enterprise On-Site are available for US$275 and US$449 per user per year respectively.
