IT distributor Tech Data Canada has announced its next step in Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program participation, in partnering with managed service provider Quatrro to offer Office 365 tech support.
In addition to round-the-clock support, the company, based near New Delhi, India, with offices in Montreal, offers fixed-price services, responsive architecture, one number for support including escalation to Microsoft, strict adherence to SLA’s, provision for remote accessing for resolution, centralized support for Exchange Online and Lync Online, according to a Tech Data statement.
The CSP program allows the reseller network to directly provision cloud services and sees key benefits including the ability to provide monthly as opposed to yearly subscriptions to services like Office 365, and consolidated billing.
Today’s announcement follows recent announcements by distributor Ingram Micro, who partnered with integration application company SkyKick to offer channel partners automated Office 365 migration combined with and post-sales support.
“Tech Data Canada is excited to be able to offer solution providers across Canada with 24/7 and after-hours support from Quatrro,” said Greg Myers, senior vice president of sales and marketing at Tech Data Canada, in the statement. “This will enable solution providers across Canada with the opportunity to accelerate their Cloud business by selling Microsoft 365 monthly subscription through CSP and allow them to choose between providing support themselves or to utilize Tech Data Canada’s support.”
