Toshiba has updated its portfolio of notebooks to include newly-announced 6th generation Intel processors.
The lineup includes the 13.3-inch Portégé Z30, 14-inch Tecra Z40 and 15.6-inch Tecra Z50 Ultrabooks, 15.6-inch Satellite Pro R50, Portégé Z20t detachable ultrabook, and the 15.6-inch Tecra A50.
All of these models will feature the new Intel “Skylake” processors, which the chip maker unveiled at a media event last week.
For the Portégé Z30 and Tecra Z40 Ultrabooks, HD, FHD, and FHD touch-enabled displays are available.
The Portégé Z20t detachable Ultrabook has a FHD touchscreen display and a USB type C connector while the Satellite Pro R50 and Tecra A50 are designed for SMB.
According to Toshiba, the 13.3, 14 and 15.6-inch Tecra and Portégé laptops share a common docking port, accessories, and a common image.
Toshiba also offers Windows 10 and Windows 7 with Microsoft Windows 10 upgrade licensing rights.
The devices are available direct or through partners.
