Canadian solution provider Maximizer Software has released an update to its 2015 release of its customer relationship management (CRM) software for small to medium-sized businesses, with upgrades in usability, security and mobile device access.
The solution, which includes sales management, marketing automation and customer service support functions is available in on-premise, private cloud, and public cloud varieties.
According to the Vancouver-based solution provider, the software has received upgrades in areas of:
- Mobile access capabilities: Accessing the CRM and attaching files through a mobile device are easier, and search functionality has been expanded
- Security protocols: Password attempts are now limited, and password changes and forced login will send out email notifications
- Integration: Working between the CRM and Microsoft Outlook and Word has been improved, including saving Outlook emails into a Maximizer entry, which now features attachment control and thread saving and tracking.
- Performance: notifications and tracking for specific errors has been improved.
“We want to give small and mid-sized businesses a complete relationship management solution that helps them grow and succeed,” said Vivek Thomas, president of Maximizer. “These enhancements ultimately mean their experience using our software is now better than ever.”
