At an informative education session at CDN’s recent Top 100 Solution Providers event in Vaughn, Ont. attended by over 40 VARs, Info Tech Research Group analyst James Alexander shared the results of his channel-focused research in a presentation entitled Buyer Behaviour and the Channel Ecosystem in 2009.
Following his presentation, which offered partners insight on customer buying patterns, vendor support for the channel and where the best market opportunities for the VAR partners in today’s economy, Alexander sat down with CDN editor Paolo Del Nibletto to discuss what steps partners can take to keep their customers, and to keep them happy.
