Video: Cisco Canada’s channel chief highlights some key partner plays this year

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ: CSCO) held its annual Summit partner conference in San Francisco last month, where the vendor encouraged channel partners to “Write the Rules. Own the game.”

To stay ahead of the curve and to remain relevant, Cisco unveiled several market transitions that the company believes will help shape the future of the next-generation Internet. These includes areas around video, collaboration, the virtualized data centre and the cloud.

Donna Wittmann, vice-president for the Worldwide Partner Organization at Cisco Systems Canada, spoke with CDN during the Summit conference, where she discussed in further detail these transitions and partner and market opportunities.
