Video: Nortel partner Unity Telecom on the Avaya-Nortel deal

Avaya‘s bid this week for the enterprise business of Nortel Networks, the once great Canadian telecom giant that is currently being dismantled through a court-supervised bankruptcy process, raises a number of interesting questions for the channel.

As a Nortel partner and provider of IP-based business communications solutions that won a Gold award at CDN’s 2008 Channel Elite Awards, Toronto-based Unity Telecom is ideally positioned to see how the Avaya-Nortel hook-up, if successful, could play out.
