ViewSonic Canada slashes display prices

ViewSonic Canada has announced its decision to lower prices on 20 current LCD monitors and projectors.

Price reductions will impact monitors sizes from 17- to 26-inches, as well as ViewSonic’s DLP and LCD projector line-up.

ViewSonic’s promotion is designed to provide customers and dealers with unbeatable prices and help spark growth during the summer and back-to-school seasons.

Colleen Browne, general manager of ViewSonic Canada, said the display market is heavily competitive and ViewSonic takes pride in its ability to help our partners and customers purchase products from the award winning brand that brought 2ms response rates and Proessional Certified colour to market.

In addition, ViewSonic’s price reduction is just in time for the summer season, a key time for educational institutions to install projectors and update LCDs in computer labs. ViewSonic is confident that these new, lowered prices will make purchasing decisions easier, especially for the educational market and students heading to university in the fall.

Especially attractive for the projector market will be the ViewSonic PJ551D, which is available to the end user for less than $600 with today’s newly announced pricing, and comes with a free replacement lamp, a $299 savings.

Also expected to be popular are ViewSonic’s economically priced 19- and 22-inch widescreen displays with industry-leading features and premium front-of-screen performance.

ViewSonic’s new, lowered pricing comes into effect immediately.

Products covered by the promotional pricing include:

17-inch VA703b and VA703mb

19-inch VA903mb and VA926
