Virtualization player gets some Canadian representation

I/O virtualization developer Virtensys announced a strategic agreement with Keating Technologies.

Under this agreement, Keating will help drive Virtensys’ channel expansion in the Canadian market and build on the company’s strong growth across various vertical markets in the U.S. As the Canadian Virtensys representative, Keating will work to deliver integrated sales and marketing solutions to its network of Canadian value-added resellers and system integrators.

Steve Calkins, vice president of worldwide sales at Virtensys, said the company is pleased to add Keating as a representative partner. Keating’s complementary product portfolio and its experience with customer deployments in our target markets align very well with Virtensys’ sales objectives. I/O virtualization systems are very well received by customers, resulting in recent successes from small to large IT environments. The partnership with Keating – backed by their excellent reputation and connections in the region – will strengthen our customer relationships and accelerate the company’s revenue growth in Canada.
