A very good blog from Afshin Shams of SunGard. The blog comes from a Canadian perspective and it focuses on cloud providers’ expertise on disaster recovery solutions.

Shams point here is that cloud providers must offer a rock solid service level agreement or SLA that gives the customer a level of comfort and make sure that the cloud provider has covered all of his or her basis and is not over selling something.
