Wired
Charlie Sorrel provides details on a concept pillow called i-sleep.

“The idea is cute, but – we expect – destined to remain a concept. Ivonne Dippmann’s design has a few fatal flaws. Fring turns your iPhone into a free Skype phone
Webmonkey
Scott Gilbertson shares details about a new application from AT&T, called Fring, which allows iPhone/iPod Touch users to make VOIP calls when connected to wi-fi.

“Fring supports Sykpe, though of course to call non-Skype phones, you’ll need to purchase SkypeOut/SIP credits. In addition to the VOIP aspect, Fring also allows for IM conversations over all the networks (MSN Messenger, ICQ, Google Talk, Twitter, AIM and Yahoo buddy lists). Fring is free and you can grab a copy from the iTunes App Store.”
