EPAM Systems lent a hand to one of Canada’s largest telecom companies this past year. The client, which provides TV services was encumbered by laptops and peripherals that its field technicians had to carry around. Furthermore, the web apps being used were not optimized for work orders. This solution provider changed all that when it employed an HTML5-based mobile app able to run on any major mobile platform.
