New Phablet from Samsung

The LTE-enabled Samsung Galaxy Note. 8.0 is now available in Canada through Telus.

This mix of tablet and smartphone is the next step in the evolution of the Note smartphone. The new Phablet comes with:

S Pen – a tool for taking notes on calls or writing lists, emails, and drawings.
Air View – utilizes S Pen for previewing content without actually opening it.
Peel Smart Remote – manages TV, cable, satellite, DVD player, and Blu-ray, as a universal remote.
AllShare Play – shares videos, photos and music across connected devices, while viewing content from anywhere .
Canadian availability through Telus will enable users to get the new Note 8 for $99 up-front plus $20/month over two years, or $339 up-front + $20/month for one year.

Or you can buy it outright for $579.
