New sales compensation plans for a cloud world

TORONTO – Sales compensation expert Emilia De Simone presented at the 13th annual Channel Elite Awards workshop on how the channel can improve its compensation models for sales professionals in cloud world.

De Simone is the principal consultant at Sales Incentive Solutions and in this video interview from the event talks about how the old models have remained the same for decades and no longer fit into the new cloud reality of the market.

The workshop was attended by senior channel partner executives and was called Effectively Compensating for Sales in the Cloud World.
