Cisco Systems has unveiled multiple enhancements to its collaboration portfolio this week.
These offerings will be delivered through public, private or hybrid cloud models and include a telepresence along with a Web confereser service fee structure.
According to Cisco, cloud-based unified communications and collaboration applications will be made available on its Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS). Applications are delivered within a secure, cloud-ready, virtualized platform under a centralized management system. The solution helps channel partners differentiate themselves and promote value in the collaboration market.
