Owen Sound, Ont. start-up businesses can now take advantage of BizPal, a new online business permit and license service.
BizPal is a new online service which helps entrepreneurs save time on paperwork in order to get their businesses started up faster.
This service is made possible by a partnership that was formed among the federal, provincial, territorial, regional and local governments.
The BizPal service in Owen Sound was developed by the City of Owen Sound, the Province of Ontario and the Government of Canada.
Business owners in the Owen Sound area can access the BizPal service by visiting the city’s BizPal Web site, or through Service Ontario’s Web site.
The province of Ontario is also looking to expand the BizPal service to other regions of the province over the next year.
