Xerox Launches New Managed Print Services Tool

“Xerox’s Print Advisor software is web-based and uses screen prompts to let users know what they can do to make smarter choices when balancing print priorities with green initiatives. Xerox gives the example that the software will recommend printing a large document two-sided instead of one-sided. The Print Advisor software is free to existing ColorQube 9200 customers.”
