Innovation is a hot topic these days in Canada, as we wonder why we’re lagging behind other countries in productivity. While fiscal year 2010 saw some cutbacks in research and development spending, but there were still some tech companies to invest hundreds of millions of dollars into their R&D programs, including several mobility, software and telecom giants.
