ConnectWise, a Florida-based developer of service management software specifically for solution providers and managed services providers, has inked a partnership with Reflexion Networks to provide added security offerings to the channel.
Reflexion Networks is a hosted email services developer providing email security, archiving, encryption, e-discovery and compliance to the channel.
Solution providers through ConnectWise will be able to license Reflexion’s products at attractive monthly pricing in an agreement that simplifies the procurement process by reducing the number of vendors they have to deal with, while simultaneously allowing higher margins to be achieved when reselling products, the company claims.
This partnership with Reflexion includes cloud-based security and compliance solutions, which are being made available to the ConnectWise community through the companies’ expanded partnership.

Reflexion’s hosted services for ConnectWise partners already include Reflexion Total Control for email security, RADAR for email archiving, and email encryption for compliance with state and federal privacy and data protection regulations.
Reflexion’s reporting tool has already been integrated into the ConnectWise PSA, with spam reporting for each customer automatically appearing in the ConnectWise Management Summary. Additionally, the integration unites billing and customer agreements in both platforms.
