Follow Friday: Two more #CDNWomen Twitter chat stars

Twitter

It’s been about a week now since we held our Twitter chat on the issue of women and IT leadership roles and the social media conversation under the hashtag #CDNWomen is still going strong. And that’s a great thing, because that tells us that these issue resonates with our readers and the general public.

Last week, we featured on Follow Friday our two guest experts on the chat: Jennifer Johnson, senior director of marketing and North American marketing strategy at computer and technology product distributor Ingram Micro and Corinne Sharp, president of Sharp Perspective, a channel strategy business transformation firm, as well as Gail Mercer-MacKay, president of Mercer-Mackay Solutions Inc.

This Friday, we have:

Lean In Toronto , a group of professional women who seek to grow their careers through “networking, leaning and sharing experiences in a positive, enriching environment.” The community was founded by Christina Rupsingh, a business analyst who specializes in global resourcing and strategy at Manulife Financial; Sarah Kwan, who is an expert on process improvement and business strategy; and Despina Zanganas, creative director of web, social media and mobile marketing company 108 Ideaspace.

Cheryl Sylvester, a Toronto-based executive, leadership and team coach who heads Beyond Success Leadership. Cheryl has more than 20 years of corporate and agency brand communication experience.
