XBox spin off? No way

Todd Bishop throws cold water on the Wall Street Journal’s speculation of an Xbox spin off by Microsoft.

“From a practical standpoint, one thing the article doesn’t mention is the company’s increasing efforts to connect the Xbox 360 with Windows and other Microsoft products, in areas ranging from online gaming to instant messaging. Anything is possible, but given that trend, it would be even more surprising for the company to change course so dramatically at this point.”
