Multi-touch pen to bring life into the Lifebook

Vancouver-based Wacom will be providing multi-touch and pen input products for Fujitsu Lifebook T902 as a user interface for the convertible Tablet PC.

Wacom’s dual digitizer combines 10-finger multi-touch with the control of pen-based input. Wacom said this offering will become a serious communication and collaboration tool for business.

Fujitsu designed the Lifebook T902 with the goal of it being used with the Windows 8 platform and Masahiko Yamada, President of Wacom said his products will enables users to comfortably control their computer work sessions in a natural and intuitive fashion.

According to Wacom, the company’s feel IT technologies brand delivers a high-quality touch experience with immediate and accurate recognition of finger position and movement. With Wacom’s renowned pen technology added to the mix, users gain even more precision and a wealth of input capabilities including the ability to create handwritten notes, sketches and drawings.
