N-Able cuts a deal to enhance help desk services

Ottawa-based N-Able Technologies and Live Virtual Help Desk (LVHD) announced a unified service allowing managed service providers to position the LVHD service along side their own offering as a complimentary add-on.

According to N-Able the helpdesk is tightly integrated with the network operations centre (NOC) which will help MSPs deliver a high-value experience to SMBs customers.

For example, if a mail server or network device goes down, the NOC will be able to inform the helpdesk prior to the users phoning in for support.

JP Jauvin, President and COO, N-able Technologies, said the alliance with Live Virtual Help Desk enables MSPs to grow their businesses faster and more efficiently and profitably by combining the industry’s best RMM platform with world-class NOC and helpdesk services. Live Virtual Help Desk has significant experience with our N-central platform, which means they can support managed services activities as well as provide direct support for the deployment and ongoing administration of the N-central environment.

Dan Sturgill, President and CEO, Live Virtual Help Desk, said forming a business alliance with N-able makes so much sense because N-central provides a powerful platform, delivering complete IT management and automation solutions for MSPs.
