Synnex and Keating bring fax hardware/software vendor to Canada

Mainpine Inc., a Wilsonville, Oregon-based developer of fax hardware and software solutions, is now shipping product into Canada thanks to a new relationship with Keating Technologies and Synnex Canada.<p Mainpine was already working with Synnex for distribution in the United States.

“We’ve been looking at solutions to make purchasing and shipping easier for our Canadian customers for some time,” said Mainpine president Patricia Peterson in a statement. “We’re very excited to have found a way to make our IQ Express fax boards and IQFSP software easily and quickly available to our Canadian market. We look forward to providing our Canadian customers with the same quality of customer service that our American customers enjoy.”

“This partnership is really all about the end‐user and enhancing their experience,” added Alex Nobile, vice-president of sales and general manager with Keating, in a statement. “By ordering directly through Keating/Synnex, it saves resellers and end‐users both money and time, allowing for quicker delivery of the product and reduced shipping costs. This new model should not only benefit the end users and resellers but it should also increase revenue for Mainpine as the entire purchasing and delivery process is streamlined and simplified.”

The companies say the partnership will mean faster turn‐around on shipping, no back orders, and lower shipping costs. In addition, all four IQ Express board models will be displayed on the Synnex Canada web site, stocked in a warehouse centrally located in Canada and available for next day delivery.
