Owen Thomas talks about the all too human network.

“Welcome. Welcome to a brand new day.” A day, that is, without Cisco’s website. Cisco.com is down, with no word on whet it will come back up. Apparently the “human network” means the “all-too-human network.” This is beyond embarrassing for the purveyor of network infrastructure; it’s a technical snafu that verges on legendary. Cisco’s blog says “facility issues” are to blame. Anyone want to bet on a drunk employee in Cisco’s datacenter?”
