Lenovo wants YOU to get data center certified

Data centers are vital to almost every aspect of the business as we move forward into the cloud, and Lenovo has taken steps to ensure that IT professionals are qualified for this future with new Lenovo Data Center Certifications.

The computer hardware giant is now offering two exams: the Lenovo Certified Data Center Sales Professional exam, and the Lenovo Certified Data Center Technical Sales  Professional exam. Lenovo has created study guides for each exam, and offers training courses for both as well.

The Lenovo Certified Data Center Sales Professional exam is intended for IT professionals with at least one year of experience selling servers, storage, and networking products of any vendor, and with at least six months experience selling Lenovo products.

Passing this certification indicates that an individual can:

The Lenovo Certified Data Center Technical Sales Professional exam is created for IT professionals with at least one year of experience supporting Lenovo servers, storage, and networking products.

You can take the certification exams online or at one of the 800 testing centers around the world. The exams are administered and hosted by Kryterion, Lenovo’s test delivery partner.

Both exams only include products announced as of July 31, 2016.
