IT distributor Westcon Group has announced that its Cisco-focused business, Comstor, has expanded its cloud offering.
Under a new partnership with data centre and managed services provider QTS Realty Trust, Comstor will provide new services to its North American resellers, namely Cisco-powered Infrastructure as a Service and FedRAMP-compliant cloud solutions named QTS Enterprise Cloud and QTS Federal Cloud.
“Comstor is aggressively expanding our Cisco-based cloud services portfolio in order to better serve our solution providers,” said Geoff Fancher, senior vice president of Comstor US at WestconGroup in a statement, noting that both Comstor and QTS are members of the Cisco Intercloud ecosystem. “The QTS suite of solutions are a great addition to that lineup because they meet the demand for flexible cloud services for both commercial and Federal government customers.”
Overland Park, Kansas-based QTS provides both data centre solutions and managed services to enterprise and government organizations.
